Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. My goal is to meet my clients where they are by utilizing client-centered and relationship-focused therapy. I focus on my client's strengths, helping them understand and see themselves with better clarity in a safe therapeutic environment.

I place great value in building an authentic connection with my clients because of my genuine curiosity, empathy and openness. Listening to my client's life experiences and learning about what makes each client unique, helps create and build the tools needed to reach your goals.

I believe therapy, at its core, is a place where you can be safe and feel heard. Therapy is a place where you can be your authentic self without the fear or judgment. I look forward to building that space with you!
